Automatic Pick and Place machine
Our advanced Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly line integrates high-precision equipment to ensure efficient and reliable PCB manufacturing. The process begins with the *DEK Solder Paste Printer*, which accurately applies solder paste onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). The boards are then inspected by the *TRI TR7007D Plus 3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI)* system, which verifies solder paste height, volume, alignment, and detects printing defects before assembly. Finally, the *Yamaha YS24 Pick-and-Place Machine* precisely mounts electronic components onto the PCB at high speed, ensuring accurate placement and consistent assembly quality. Together, these machines deliver a streamlined, high-quality SMT production process before the boards proceed to the reflow soldering stage.
SMT Assembly & Reflow Line
This stage of our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line ensures accurate component assembly and reliable soldering. The process begins with the PCB Loader, which automatically feeds printed circuit boards into the production line. The boards are then transferred to the Yamaha i-PULSE Pick-and-Place Machine, where electronic components are precisely mounted onto the PCB with high speed and accuracy. Finally, the assembled boards pass through the Konark 820 Reflow Oven, where the solder paste is heated under a controlled temperature profile to create strong, reliable solder joints. Together, these machines deliver a seamless, high-quality SMT assembly process, ensuring consistent performance and dependable electronic manufacturing.

Vitronics Soltec MR2 Reflow Oven
