Modular Box
Our Modular Box is a powder-coated electrical enclosure used for flush mounting in walls, built for installing modular switches, sockets, regulators and other electrical accessories safely. Unlike conventional welded boxes, our boxes are manufactured using a single-sheet deep draw process — formed from one continuous sheet with no welding and no corner locking — resulting in a seamless, leak-proof, structurally stronger body with a smooth finish inside and out.
Features:
- Fire Resistant, Earthing Screw Provided and Flush Mounting Support
- Powder Coated finish (not raw iron) — better rust resistance, corrosion protection and a clean paintable/paint-matched surface.
- Single Sheet Deep Draw construction — the entire body is drawn from one sheet of metal, unlike standard boxes locked/welded together from separate panels.
- No Welding — eliminates weld-joint weak points, burn marks and inconsistent seams common in welded GI boxes.
- No Corner Locking — a true unibody shell with no visible seams, hooks, or locking tabs at the corners.
- Smoother edges and consistent wall thickness throughout, since the box is formed rather than assembled.
